About

Mental Health is a strong passion of mine, and I am here to listen and collaborate with you to find the treatment plan that fits you best. I work with children and adults aged 6 and older, from diverse cultural backgrounds and with various challenges. I address all mental health diagnoses, including mood disorders, eating disorders, trauma and stress related disorders, and dissociative disorders.

With over 23 years of experience in all areas of healthcare (hospitals, outpatient clinics, and telehealth), and more than 10 years of experience in mental health, including psychiatric emergency services, I bring extensive expertise in providing the right treatment approach for you or your children. I aid my patients on their healing journey by giving them a space to feel heard and understood in what can often feel like an overwhelming process.

Let’s schedule an assessment and start helping you reach your goals and improve your overall well-being!
