My clinical foundation began as a Registered Nurse managing medically complex patients within long-term acute care — a background that brings a thorough and grounded perspective to the patient care I provide today. I’m passionate about utilizing evidence-based practices to help patients navigate life’s most difficult challenges, prioritizing clear communication and collaborative goal-setting to ensure every patient feels confident and informed. I treat most mental health diagnoses, with the exception of substance use disorders, and am dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality psychiatric care.
