I’ve been part of the helping profession since 2009, and my work at Speakeasy reflects a simple belief: therapy is not only for moments of crisis, but also for discovery, growth, and realignment. It’s a space to pause, gain perspective, and reconnect with what matters most.

My approach is collaborative and reflective, blending compassion with practical tools for lasting change. Every session is shaped around the individual—never formulaic, always tailored to who you are and where you want to go. Clients often describe my style as both grounding and empowering.

At Speakeasy, I work with adults, couples, and adolescents navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, substance use, and the deeper questions of meaning and purpose. I also provide supervision for new clinicians and consulting for providers looking to refine or grow their practices.
