About Us

We’re actually all about you.
You belong here just as much as anyone else.

01 — Adults

We specialize in working with individuals who are seeking personal growth. As humans, we develop creative and adaptive ways of being, based on our experiences in the world. While these adaptations serve us early on, over time, they may cause distress.

02 — Adolescents

Adolescence is a crucial time in one’s development. There are many cultural and technological changes that our youth experience, and which impact their development.

03 — LGBTQ

LGBTQIA2S+ affirming. Identity is core to wellness, and we strive to support the unique journeys of exploration, discovery, and empowerment of folks of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions. No two stories are the same, so listening and learning from your lived experience without assumption or judgment is core to compassionate, queer-affirming care that honors your authentic self. You deserve to be seen, heard, and supported, exactly as you are.

04 — Relationships

Interpersonal relationships are an important part of making our lives meaningful. The way we relate to others and engage in relationships serves as a window that allows us to see, and better understand, our relationship with self.

We are not broken. We are becoming.

05 - The details matter

That’s why our office space is artful, thoughtful, serene, and sophisticated. Each treatment room has intentional color schemes and decor to ensure that you feel comfortable and inspired - more like you’re at a spa than the psychologist’s office of yesteryear.
