Therapy Redefined.

The name speak;easy is purposeful and aims at creating a culture of ease around sharing, reflection, and growth. The decision to use an unconventional name, demonstrates our intention of redefining experiences and perceptions of therapy. Speak;easy is a play on words and a cheeky way of doing therapy differently.

To us at speak;easy, the semicolon represents taking a pause to reflect and gain awareness. Pauses are very important in our busy world and without the moments of pause, we miss the moments of reflection. One’s own awareness and insight lays the foundation for transformation. We also use a semicolon to represent the ability to add on to an experience that was once closed.
