Regina Bass, LLPC
With a passion for empowering individuals to achieve mental wellness and personal growth, I am a dedicated Clinical Mental Health Counselor with [4] years of experience in the field. Holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State University.
I have specializations in working with individuals with anxiety, depression and trauma. I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs. Creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and build resilience is what I like to do.
When not working with clients, I enjoy traveling, concerts as well as, coffee shops which contribute to a well-rounded and balanced approach to life and work.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and growth, and I am dedicated to supporting clients on their journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
