Regina Bass, LLPC

I have a passion for empowering individuals to achieve mental wellness and personal growth. I earned my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State University, and I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Whether you are dealing with interpersonal or relationship issues, or struggling to find the motivation to take your next step, I work to create a safe space where you can work through your challenges and get on the path toward meaningful change.

I utilize an integrated approach of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I work to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs, creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and build resilience.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy traveling, music and concerts, or checking out coffee shops and really experiencing the community I’m in. I believe that a healthy work-life balance is essential to being an effective therapist, and a whole and well-fulfilled person.
Everyone has the capacity for change and growth, and I am dedicated to supporting my clients on their journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
